Smoked Salmon Rolls
1 8oz. package cream cheese, room temp
3 T sour cream
1 2oz. jar red caviar
1/2 lb. thinly sliced smoked salmon
Blend cream cheese with sour cream. Gently fold in caviar and spread salmon
slices with mixture. Roll up and cut into 1.5 inch lengths. Serve chilled.
I used lite cream cheese and
lite sour cream, with no caviar. I tink they would have held together
better with teh full fat version.
