| Sherbert
Punch
Mix the following
ingredients in order:
1 can frozen orange juice
1 can frozen Cran-Raspberry or Cranberry Juice
2 liter 7up or Gingerale
bag ice
½ Gallon Raspberry Rainbow Sherbet
Instructions:
Combine first three ingredients in punch bowl. Add 2 cups of ice at a
time. Taste and add more ice if it tastes too juicy. Wait 15 minutes and
then add half of the ½ Gallon sherbet. The sherbet melts and mixes
in.
You can also use just 7up and Rainbow Sherbet as a punch.
At the potluck I used
7up, Cranberry Juice, 4 cups of cubed ice from frig and Rainbow Sherbet.
