Pico De Gallo (Salsa)
2 large tomatoes - diced
approx. ½ cup chopped cilantro
½ large onion - diced (or more, depending how much you like onions)
1 fresh jalapeno (or jar) - diced (you determine how HOT you want the
salsa)
salt to taste
½ can of tomato sauce
¼ to ½ cup water (depending on the consistency you want)
½ fresh squeezed lemon
Chill for at least
2 hours before serving with chips
(You decide
if you like the salsa chucky you can dice up everything or if you like
it pureed or grated, then you can combine everything in a blender and
chop it up!)
