Low Carb Chicken Parmesan
· 2 tbsp butter -- melted · 2 oz parmesan cheese -- grated · 1/4 cup Pork Rinds · 1 tbsp oregano · 1 tbsp parsley · 1/4 tsp paprika · 1/4 tsp black pepper · 1/2 tsp salt Heat oven to 400 F. Mix all ingredients, except chicken and butter, together in a food processor until very fine. Spray a baking pan with no stick cooking spray. Dip chicken in butter and then dip into parmesan mixture to coat evenly. Place in prepared pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until juices run clear. Serves 4. Per serving: 406 Calories; 17g Total Fat; 60g Protein; 1g Carbohydrate
