Italian Chicken Rice Soup
1 jar plain Spaghetti Sauce
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 can chicken broth
2 cups cubed cooked chicken breasts (see below for quick and easy way to cook chicken)

Add all ingredients to a stock pot or you can use slow cooker and heat until soup is warm.

To cook chicken breasts:
Place 3-4 chicken breasts in crock pot, mix 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp seasoning salt, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp thyme and rub over chicken. Then pour 1 can chicken broth over chicken and let simmer on low for 3-4 hours. You can save cooked chicken breasts for above recipe or use them to add to casseroles, pasta or just eat the chicken breasts with a side of vegetables.
