Green Tomatillo Chicken for Crock Pot

6 boneless chicken breasts
1 medium onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. ground Cumin
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
1 cup green tomatillo salsa (salsa verde)
1 1/2 cups sour cream

Place chicken breasts in Crock Pot. In a mixing bowl combine everything
except sour cream. Pour sauce mixture over chicken. Cook Low 6 - 8 hours
or High 3 - 4 hours. Add sour cream at the end before serving. I serve
over brown rice.
