| Chunky Salsa
(Low Sodium Version) can of diced tomatoes no salt added can of tomato sauce no salt added (these unless you can find a larger can of crushed tomatoes no salt added) chopped white onion to taste jalapeños to taste yellow hots (aka banana wax peppers) to taste, when in season 1 clove garlic or to taste salt (may substitute garlic salt for both, low sodium salt sub. or eliminate for heart healthy)
