Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins
Makes 12 muffins
Serving Size: 1 muffin

Ingredients:
- 15oz can of regular pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 box of chocolate cake mix (any kind)

Mix pumpkin and box of cake mix. That's it! No other ingredients. Put the mixture in a muffin pan sprayed with non-stick spray and bake at 350 for approx. 30 minutes. The mixture does not look like a typical cake mix. Mix well.
Even for those that don't like pumpkin.
